Concept Design

Concept design is when an idea takes its first steps at becoming real, often referred to as “blue sky” process. During this phase, a concept is put into a narrative of highly descriptive words, a series of artistic sketches or renderings, and general logistics are worked out. Depending on the scope and scale of the project, concept phase can include:

  • Narrative (Descriptive and Explanatory Texts of All Project Elements)
  • Conceptual Artwork (Architectural Design and Attraction Illustrations)
  • Reference Material / Case Studies
  • Perspective Renderings/Aerial Views
  • Preliminary Ride System Selection
  • Preliminary Layout Planning and Area Development
  • Preliminary Branding/IP Integration Strategy
  • Preliminary Budget
  • Preliminary 3D Model(s) (Digital or Practical)
